For years I read that Scripture and never saw that the Lord promised he would restore ‘years.’ I had not seen that in terms of time before.
There is a line from a song that says, “Don’t waste your time always searching for those wasted years.” Naturally, that would make sense but only a sovereign God can guarantee that He will restore lost and squandered years, months, weeks and days.
It is a supernatural act. Only the Lord can take what is left of your life and multiply its impact and effectiveness beyond what you could ever imagine.
Maybe you are living a life of regret and shame for wasted years but today the Lord wants you to know that He will restore to you those years. Years that had been eaten up by the locusts of sin, or poor choices, or circumstances beyond your control.
If you repent and turn away from them He will take the pieces of your broken life in His hands and restore it. He will multiply the impact of your life in such a way that you and others would be astounded. He promises, “Behold I make all things new!”
